Eduardo Ruiz focuses his practice the area of civil litigation including public law, general liability, civil rights, and personal injury defense.

He is a graduate of California State University Chico (B.A., 2015) and the University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D.) 2022) where he also earned a specialization certificate in Labor and Employment Law. He is admitted to practice in California, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District.

He is a member for the State Bar of California, and the County of Sacramento Bar Association.
